Water smelled odd and was poorly presented!!! Inconsistent communication at the front desk about policies, leaving guests feeling misinformed about charges!!! Rooms lacked soundproofing, making sleep somewhat elusive!!!

Unexpected challenges during our stay

The location was perfect for our casino visit. We enjoyed lovely evenings exploring the nearby dining options. The staff was cheerful and always ready to help.

Unfortunately, the room had a strong bleach smell, and we found the towels uncomfortable. It dampened the overall experience, especially with my special birthday celebration.

The water in the bath was brown.

We had a lovely stay at this spot, with comfortable beds making it easy for the whole family to relax. Being near the casinos and local eateries was convenient. The friendly staff made the check-in a breeze. Breakfast options were an added bonus.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities during our stay.

Even though the check-in process was a bit rocky, the location was really convenient for visiting the casino. The breakfast, while not the best, was decent enough to start the day. The room I stayed in was clean although some amenities could use a refresh. The highlight of my stay was definitely having a hot tub in the room, which made for a relaxing evening after a busy day.

Everything was fantastic.

The room was decent, nothing fancy but comfortable enough. A/C was super cold, which was great. The beds felt nice, and the TV worked perfectly. Just a bit underwhelming if you're looking for something more upscale. We had two queen beds, but no disability accommodations were available, which was a bit of a bummer. Overall, it was a straightforward stay for a night.

I had an amazing time in the King Room with Hot Tub, enjoying a bubble bath that was just the perfect way to unwind. The outdoor swimming pool was a splashing success, providing a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle. Plus, the 24-hour drink station kept me fueled with endless cappuccinos whenever I wanted!

Friendly vibes with comfy beds

Spent a night here and had a pretty solid time. The location was super convenient—just off the interstate, which was a big plus. Staff was super friendly, and the breakfast hit the spot. Only bummer was the noise outside in the morning. Overall, though, I’d say it’s a decent spot for a quick stay.

Excellent place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff helped with local delivery on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a city trip.

The hot tub was AMAZING! After a long day, it was the perfect way to relax. The room, however, could use some updating – the bed wasn't very comfortable. Overall, a decent stay. 😊
